Ingredients
- 1 medium pineapple, cored and cubed
- 3 roma tomatoes, cored and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- ½ cup diced mixed bell peppers
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, more to taste
