NAAN BREAKFAST PIZZA

This Naan Breakfast Pizza is a quick and easy kid-friendly breakfast. On the table in less than 15 minutes, easy to customize, and you can make them ahead of time, freeze, then re-heat and eat!

butter

heavy cream

bacon

garlic powder

onion powder

sharp cheddar

salt and pepper

Prepare the naan according to directions. While the naan is in the oven, whisk together the eggs and the heavy cream.

Heat a tablespoon of butter, then pour eggs into the skillet and cook until soft scrambled.

Mix in half of the bacon and cheese. Taste and add salt and pepper, if desired.

Transfer eggs to the baked naan, covering evenly. Top with remaining cheese and bacon, and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
