Sweet, ripe peaches, paired with creamy burrata, herbaceous basil, and spicy jalapeños, then drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze is a match made in heaven. This dish makes a great salad or side dish for summer barbecues, the Fourth of July, or any occasion.

- Tear pieces of the burrata and spread over top of the peaches
- Drizzle over the balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Top with basil and jalapeños and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Add prosciutto: This peach and burrata salad is also excellent with some thinly sliced prosciutto added. It adds a nice saltiness against the sweet and spicy flavors of the salad.
