Description

The indulgent Keto Chocolate Cheesecake (no bake) is a crowd favorite. It’s creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. Best of all, it is made with just 6 ingredients and requires no cooking. You can be enjoying this is as little as 15 minutes.

For the Chocolate Cheesecake

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Optional Garnishes

  • Mixed berries
  • Chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream
  • Nuts


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the base. Mix until well combined. Divide evenly among 6 serving dishes. Refrigerate while you prepare the cheesecake.
  2. Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until creamy. Add the sweetener, cocoa powder and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it has stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the 6 prepared cups. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish and enjoy!
