GREEK CHICKEN MEATBALLS

These Greek Chicken Meatballs are  loaded with the fresh flavors of mint, parsley, dill and onion. They have minimal ingredients and can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS:

ground chicken

garlic

egg

breadcrumbs

feta

 parsley

herbs

lemon

salt and pepper

In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. 

STEP 1:

Roll the mixture into 20 equal sized meatballs, about 1 - 1 ½ inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
